W-B75 Wechls hardness tester can be used for annealed stainless steel pipe whose inner diameter is above 6.0mm and wall thickness is below 13mm. The test is very fast and simple, which is suitable for rapid and nondestructive qualified inspection of stainless steel pipe. The HRB and HRC hardness of stainless steel tubes with inner diameter greater than 30mm and wall thickness greater than 1.2mm are tested by Rockwell hardness tester. For stainless steel tubes with inner diameter greater than 30mm and wall thickness less than 1.2mm, use surface Rockwell hardness tester to test HRT or HRN hardness. For stainless steel pipes with inner diameter smaller than Omm and larger than 4.8mm, the hardness of HR15T shall be tested by Rockwell hardness tester dedicated for pipe. When the inner diameter of stainless steel pipe is greater than 26mm, Rockwell or surface Rockwell hardness tester can also be used to test the hardness of the inner wall of the pipe.

Compression connection: It is to insert the pipe into the pipe mouth of the pipe fitting, tighten it by the nut, and compress the sleeve of the pipe mouth through the sealing ring with spiral force to play a sealing role and complete the connection of the pipe.
Clamping connection: A special rubber seal ring is installed in the U-shaped groove at the end of the clamping pipe fitting. During installation, the stainless steel pipe is inserted into the socket pipe fitting to the position of the positioning step. The special clamping tool is used to squeeze the U-shaped groove and the clamping parts on one or both sides of the U-shaped groove at the same time. The rubber sealing ring plays a sealing role after being extruded, and the clamping part of the pipe fittings and pipes shrink and deform at the same time (the profile forms a hexagonal shape) plays a positioning and fixing role, so as to effectively realize the connection of stainless steel pipes.
Flexible connection: it is to insert the pipe into the pipe mouth of the pipe fitting, tighten the cover nut with a special wrench, and seal the sealing ring by pressing the ring, so as to complete the connection of the pipe and pipe fitting.
Welded connection: the end of the pipe is processed groove, and the pipe is welded in a ring by manual or automatic welding.
Flange connection: It is to make annular argon arc welding between the flange and the pipe, and tighten it with quick clips or bolts, so that the gasket between the flange plays a sealing role and the pipe connection is completed.
